The Buona Forchetta family is thrilled to announce our first location in Orange County. Inside, a gilded oven churns out classic creations, while the main kitchen serves up chef-driven pastas and entrees.
The restaurant’s specialty lies in seafood, with standout dishes like the blackened swordfish, perfectly cooked scallops served over succotash, and shrimp with grits. Perched at the summit, 5,506′ offers panoramic snowy views, a full-service bar, and delicious food from Claudia y Los 4 Mariachis. Surprisingly, one of the most welcome items on the menu is a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with Alabama white sauce ($15). But the centerpiece of the restaurant remains its outdoor space, replete with pergolas, family-style tables and a green tiled bar that sits under twinkle lights.
